摘要
急诊医疗活动是一个作业流程系统 ,该系统中的流程质量将直接影响病人在急诊科的滞留时间 ,从而影响抢救效率和病人满意度。在简单介绍作业流程重组的基础上 ,分析了旧的急诊医学模式及急诊工作流程中的“瓶颈”问题 ,提出建立以人为本的新型急救医学模式 ,实现急救一体化 ,服务一条龙 ,功能一站式 ,减少病人滞留和等待时间 ,以最快速度为急诊病人提供便捷优质服务。
Medical emergent treatment is a system of flow-process operation,in which the quality of the flow-process operation will influence directly the detaining period of the patients in the department of emergency,the efficiency of rescuing the patients and the degree of satisfaction of them.On the basis of Business process reengineering,the paper analyzes the “bottle neck” problems in the flow processes of the old model of medical emergent treatment and put forward a new model in the light of “taking the people as the foundation”,in which emergent treatment as an integral whole,services in a connected sequence and multi-functions completed at one station are realized so as to shorten the patients' detaining period in the hospital and provide them with a speedy and convenient medical service of the best quality.
