And it represents in extremely and complexly way. The essay focuses on the analysis of the psychological preparation, psychological drive, psychological operation and psy- chological stressor that can lead to differences, and advances four coping strategies: strengthen training to teachers; optimize en- vironment's effect; deepen self-examination to teaching; embody feedback to teaching.
