朱九思先生是我国著名的教育家,他不仅有独创的教育思想和理论,而且有丰富多彩,卓有成效的教育实践。在深化教育改革的新世纪,研究和总结朱九思的教育思想和实践经验很有必要。朱九思先生的教育管理思想主要有:从学校实际出发,按客观规律办事的思想;必须有一个良好的精神状态和革命风格,要敢于竞争,敢于向好的方面转化的思想;必须实行管理科学化,坚持正确的管理原则和科学的管理方法的思想;应当古为今用,洋为中用,吸收国内外先进管理经验的思想等。

Mr. Zhu Jiusi is one of the famous educationistsin China. He has a particulareducationalthought and theory, varied and colourful, offective educational practice as well. In the new epoch of deepening educational reform, it is necessary to study and summarize his thought and practical experiences in education. His educational management thought includes: implementing educational management from practical situations of universities and colleges based on objective laws; establishing a good spiritual status and revolutional style with an idea of bolding in competition and converting to favourable conditions; persisting in carring out a correct management principle and scientific management ways, carring out the principle of making the ancient serving the present, and drawing in foreign advanced management idea.
