摘要 关注“教”的评价强调了教学评价对于教师主体价值的实现和专业发展的促进功能,是现代教学评价内涵的新拓展。本文基于现代教学和教学心理学的视角,分析了现代教学评价理念中关注“教”的评价的内涵,并在总结现代教学评价的思想取向、主客体关系、功能、标准、方法及实施模式等变化演进的基础上,对现代教学评价的发展趋势进行了展望,这对于在实施素质教育和新课程改革的背景下,促进教师提高教学效能,实现专业发展具有重要意义。 The teaching evaluation concerning the teacher's teaching emphasizes on the facilitative function for the teacher's individual value and the professional development,anditis the new extension of themodernteaching evaluation's meaning.Through the angle of view of the modern teaching and the teaching psychology, analyzing the meaning of the teaching evaluation in the notion of the modern teaching evaluation, and summarizingthe traits in the thoughtorientation, the relationship between thesubject and the object, function, standard, methodology and the model, furthermore, based on which the trend of the development of the modern teaching evaluation is prospected. Itis very important for teachers to enhance their teaching efficiency and promote the pro- fessional development in the condition of the quality education.
