目的 :探讨 MMPI(明尼苏达多相个性测查表 )量表间的相关性。方法 :对 6 9例神经症患者进行 MMPI测查 ,进行量表间相关分析。结果 :男性患者的 L与 D呈正相关 ,与 Sc呈负相关 ,F与 Sc、Ma呈正相关 ,K与 L呈正相关 ,Hs与 Hy呈正相关 ,D与 L、Hy呈正相关 ,Pt与 D、Sc呈正相关 ,Sc与 F、Pt呈正相关 ,Ma与 L 呈正相关 ,与 Si呈负相关 ,Si与 Pt呈正相关 ,与 Ma呈负相关 ;女性患者 L 与 Ma呈负相关 ,F与 Mf呈负相关 ,K与 Hy呈正相关 ,Hs与 Hy呈正相关 ,D与 Hy、Pt呈正相关 ,Hy与 K、Hs呈正相关 ,Mf与 F呈负相关 ,Pa与 Pd、Sc呈正相关 ,与 Pt呈负相关 ,Pt与 D、Sc呈正相关 ,与 Pa呈负相关 ,Sc与 Pa、Pt呈正相关 ,Ma与 L、Si呈负相关 ,与 Sc呈正相关 ,Si与 K、Ma呈负相关。结论 :MMPI不能根据某一量表升高就诊断某一疾病。

Objective:To explore the correlation between measuring sc ale in MM PI .Methods:69 patients with neurotic disorder were assessed with the MMPI ,and the correlation between measuring scale in MMPI was analyzed. Results :In masculine patients, the L was positively correlated with the D, and wa s negatively correlated with the Sc, the F was positively correlated with the S c and the Ma, the K was positively correlated with the L ,the Hs was positively correlated with the Hy ,the D was positively correlated with the L and the Hy, t he Pt was positively correlated with the D and the Sc, the Sc was positively cor related with the F and the Pt, the Ma was positively correlated with the L, and was negatively correlated with the Si, the Si was positively correlated with th e Pt,and was negatively correlated with the Ma. In feminine patients, the L wa s negatively correlated with the Ma ,the F was negatively correlated with the M f, the K was positively correlated with the Hy , the Hs was positively correlate d with the Hy , the D was positively with the Hy and the Pt, the Hy was positive ly correlated with the K and the Hs, the Mf was negatively correlated with the F , the Pa was positively correlated with the Pd and the Sc, and was negatively c orrelated with the Pt, the Pt was positively correlated with the D and the Sc, a nd was negatively correlated with the Pa,the Sc was positively correlated with the Pa and the Pt Ma was negatively correlated with the L and the Si, and was p ositively correlated with the Sc, the Si was negatively correlated with the K an d the Ma. Conclusion: It is not the right way to diagnose one disease by the r ise of one measuring scale score in MMPI.
