对新建普通本科院校图书馆建设的思考

Reflection on Library Construction of Newly-approved University

新建普通本科院校图书馆面临着学校定位和职能转变等社会背景。针对普遍存在的文献缺口大,馆舍面积不足,自动化程度不高等差距,提出了加快馆藏馆舍建设,开发网络资源,加强队伍建设等相应对策。

Faced with the reform and development of library of the new normal four-year diploma ,how to deal with the university orientation , changing function and low automation etc , the writer proposes that a library building should be built, the net resources should be developed and quality of staff should be strengthened.
