New conception in Chinese water conservancy-harmonious coexistence of humanity with nature

从水利工作的根本性质、中国水利建设的类型和发展历程指出了人与自然的关系是水利工作中最为本质的问题.在总结新中国成立以后水利工作所取得的成绩以及面临的问题的基础上,指出应从人与自然的关系上探索水利工作前进的方向,并从4个方面进行论述.在阐述对人与自然关系的各种不同认识时指出两种极端认识,提出人与自然和谐共处作为中国水利工作的新理念.

From the foundational property of water conservancy and type of water conservancy construction in China and its development, the paper indicates that the relationship between humanity and nature is the most basic issue in water conservancy. After briefing the achievements in water conservancy since the foundation of the People's Republic of China and some problems encountered in its development, it follows that the future advance of water conservancy should be guided by the proper relationship between humanity and nature. The future advance of water conservancy is discussed from four aspects. By analysis of two extreme views about the relationship between humanity and nature, the conception of harmonious coexistence of humanity with nature is presented as a new conception in Chinese water conservancy.
