Study on The Policy for The Development of China Auto Sector

对国家发改委出台的中国汽车产业发展政策进行了研读,指出新的产业发展政策与1994年颁布的汽车工业产业政策无论从内容、结构、发布的形式和解释的部门等方面都有很大的变化,明确了国家在汽车产业发展中许多重要方面的政策意见和政策导向。因此,新产业政策的面世对保持我国汽车产业持续健康有序发展具有重要意义和对国家宏观经济调控具有现实意义。

The article studies carefully the policy for the de- velopment of China auto sector, which will appear publicly soon, points out the great changes between the new policy and the old policy which was issued in 1994, in terms of contents, structure, issuance form, and the department for explanation. The guidance and enforcement of the policy is greatly strengthened. Therefore the issuance of the new policy is of practical and significant importance for the healthy, orderly and sustainable growth of China auto sector as well as for the adjustment and control of macro economy.
