摘要
文章实际运用涡流探伤原理,采用magnatest ECM 3.621涡流分选仪对主轴驱动杆零件的材料裂纹进行检测。在试验过程中,通过检测线圈的选择、缺陷样件的确定、检测参数的选定,建立了2套参数组和样品组,并达到了能够将带有材料裂纹的缺陷件分选出来的试验目的。
Through practical application of the eddy current
flaw - detecting principle, magnatest ECM 3. 621 is
used to inspect material crack of the driving rod. Dur-
ing the test, two groups of parameters and samples are
established through selection of inspection coil, iden-
tification of non - conforming products, selection of
right test parameters, the aim is reached to pick out
the non - conforming products with material crack.
