MASAC掺合料在混凝土中的应用

摘要 我国的燃煤电厂每年约排放总量达 1亿t的粉煤灰。对其综合利用已取得不少成绩。但因粉煤灰应用于混凝土制品中存在早期强度低、需水量大、碳化快、混凝土中的钢筋易锈蚀等缺点 ,制约了其广泛的应用。一种MASAC掺合料的开发、应用 ,将使以粉煤灰为主体的混凝土能降低需水量比 ,提高早期强度 ,且以大掺量 (30 %~ 4 0 % )加入到混凝土中并能等量取代水泥 。 For Coal Fuel Power Plant in China the total discharge of pulverized fuel ash reaches about one hundred million tons for each year. Its comprehensive usage has achieved a lot of successes. But the application of pulverized fuel ash in concrete products has some disadvantages such as lower strength in early stage, greater water demand, quick carbonization and easy rust of the bars in concrete etc. so as to restrict its wide application. The development and application of a kind of admixtures MASAC will make the concrete of pulverized fuel ash as the main could reduce water demand ratio and enhance the strength in early stage, as well as to add large amount of admixtures (30%~40%) into concrete could replace cement in equal amount. So it will open a new way for the comprehensive usage of pulverized fuel ash in China.
