摘要
文章研究了空间直纹曲面虚拟零件的实现原理、数据模型和实现方法,针对加工实际中出现的各种具体情况,研究了相应的算法,用三维真实感图形实现空间直纹面零件的虚拟动态加工过程,用人工神经元网络实现零件的虚拟加工效果,使整个系统与实际加工过程更接近,用于四轴线切割机床加工前的校验或自动编程系统的仿真。
This paper studies the forming theory, data model and realizing method of the virtual space ruled surface parts, studies corresponding arithmetic for various kinds of actual cases. Virtual machining dynamic process of the parts is realized three third dimensional figure, virtual machining effect of the parts is realized with Artificial Neural Network (ANN ) , all these make the virtual system close to the actual machining system. It could be useful in CNC program checking before machining or in auto programming system to simulating parts under 4 - dimension WEDM .
