理气导滞汤能使皱胃幽门窦、十二指肠和空肠的峰电活动增强。缩短十二指肠和空肠移行性综合肌电的周期,延长空肠移行性综合肌电Ⅲ相的时程,触发移行性运动复合波,促进排便;有重要的临床意义。
The Decoction for Regulating the Flow of Qi and Removing Stagnation could enhance spike potential activities in abomasal pyloric antrum, duodenum and jejunum. The cycles of migrating myoclectrie complex were shortened in duodenum and jejunum. The duration of third phase of migrating myoclcetrie complex was lengthened in jejunum. The migrating movement complex waves were triggered. It evoked defecation. There arc important on clinic significances.
