TBLB技术在肺癌诊断中的应用

TRANSBRONCHIAL LUNG BIOPSY FOR LUNG CANCER DIAGNOSIS

经支气管肺活检术(Transbronchial lung biopsy,TBLB)是在X光透视下经支气管肺活检技术。作者自1990年10月开展了这项工作,对8例适当病人进行检查,确诊率100％。同时也详细阐述了TBLB的适应证、操作方法、并发症及处理方法。作者认为:TBLB技术是肺癌诊断的新的必要的手段,操作者在熟练掌握肺段、亚段立体解剖基础上进行检查,准确性高,并发症少。

Transbronchial lung biopsy (TBLB) has been used in our department since October, 1990. Within 3 months we used this technique in 8 patients. The diagnostic rete was 100%. Of these 8 patients, we examined the left lung B1+2c 1 case, B1 b 1 case, the right lung B2 b 1 case, B3 a 1 case, B3 b 2 cases, B8 b 1 case, B10 a 1 case. There were no severe complications such as pneumothorax and uncontrolable bleeding. In this paper, we also discussed the indications, operations, complications and management of TBLB. We concluded that TBLB is a new method which is urgently needed in lung cancer diagnosis, especially for small peripheral type. So long as the operater well knows the anatomy of pulmonary segments and subsegments. it is accurate and brings few complications.
