The development of venture capital is pushing the growth of high science and technology industries. It started very late in China, but developed at a rapid speed. Some problems emerged in the development. The following are several measures to solve these problems: enrich the capital source of venture investment, establish the second board market exit, revise and perfect the law and regulations concerning venture investment, bring government's positive function into play for the development of our venture investment.
