亚致畸量甲基汞对胎鼠脑影响的电镜观察

摘要 本文利用透射电镜(TEM)对母鼠在妊娠不同时期接触亚致畸量甲基汞所生产的胎儿脑变化进行了观察。结果表明,胎鼠脑有明显的超微结构变化,神经细胞肿胀,少数发生坏死;细胞器的病变较为显著,线粒体肿胀、有空泡形成,内质网排列紊乱并有扩张,微管微丝结构不清,核膜不清、增厚,轴突破坏等。上述变化显示较低剂量的甲基汞对胎鼠脑具有毒性作用。 Ultrastructural observations were carried out on the changes in fetal mouse brain resulting from exposures to subteratogenic methylmercury (STMM) at different periods of gestation. There were obvious lesions observed in the brain tissues, including swollen neurons, with a few necrotic, obvious changes in the organellae, such as swollen mitochodria with vacuolization. disordered endoplasmic reticula with different degrees of dilation, nuclear membrane not clear and thickened, destructed axes, etc. The above changes proved the poisoning effect of STMM on fetal brains and were responsible for the abnormalities of intellect and behavior in young animals.
