摘要
传统的PHC桩端头存在焊接质量控制困难,缺少质量检测方法;在焊接热影响区内会造成管桩混凝土的损伤;接头处刚度相对桩身来说较低等缺陷。本文阐述了新型碗形端头选型和理论值确定过程;分析了用碗形端头PHC桩的结构试验数据;并介绍工程实践情况。证实了它的诸多优势。
Defects of connector in conventional PHC include: difficulty in controlling welding quality, lack of testing method for welding, damage to the concrete due to welding heat in the influence area, poor stiffness at the connector comparing with the pile. This paper expounds the process of selection of new bowl-shape connector and confirmation of relevant parameters, analyzes the testing data of PHC pile applying the bowl-shape and its engineering practice as well, through which multiple advantages of the developed connector are verified.
