摘要
为适应杭州湾大桥水上施工的需要,中港一航局从日本购买一艘700t全旋转式多功能“天威”号工程船舶,该船配备有荷兰制造IHC型号系列液压打桩锤。通过对柴油打桩锤的液压打桩锤打桩动测和打桩能力计算结果分析,荷兰制的S280液压锤性能大大高于柴油锤D125和D128。采用S280锤代替柴油锤打桩,为完成杭州湾东海大桥超长度、大直径桩的施工提供了可靠保证。
To meet the demands of over-water construction of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, CHEC-Tianjin Port Construction Company purchased a 700t totally rotary multi-functional engineering ship named 'Tian Wei Hao' from Japan which was equipped with liquid driving hammer of IHC series manufactured by the Netherlands. Based on the analysis of the calculation results of dynamic measurement of the liquid driving hammer and driving ability of diesel driving hammer, we obtained the conclusion that the performance of S280 liquid driving hammer manufactured by the Netherlands is much superior to that of diesel driving hammer D125 && D128. By adopting S280 Hammer liquid hammer instead of diesel hammer in pile driving, we have provided reliable guarantee for accomplishment of ultra-long && large-diameter piles construction for Hangzhou Bay East Sea Bridge project.
