Employment Embarrassement in Undergraduates Today: An Analysis in Perspective of Economics

近年来 ,大学生就业已与下岗职工再就业、农民工就业一起成为我国三大就业难题。本文从经济学的视角 ,分析了当代大学生就业难的主要原因 ,即 :供求关系、边际就业决策、自愿失业与磨擦性失业。据此 。

In recent years, the three main problems have fallen on the employment of undergraduates, laid\|off workers and peasants in China. This paper, from the perspective of economics, explores the reasons why undergraduates today meet embarrassement in job market, and points out that the reasons are as follows: supply and demard, brink\|of\|employment policy, willingness in unemployment, and brush unemployment. Thus, relevant strategies and proposals are put forward.
