软枣猕猴桃中29种无机元素含量的测定 被引量:6

摘要 用荧光、火焰光度、ICP和AAS法首次检测出软枣猕猴桃中富含Ca、K、Mg、P、Na和 Fe、Sr、Mn、Zn、Cu等人体必需的宏、微量元素,而有毒微量元素Pb、Cd、Hg、Be含量甚微;所测29种无机元素含量各异,且因部位、产地不同而异;叶和根皮是该植物株中有益元素的富集部位,值得开发利用。 For the first time, 29 inorganic elements in Actinidia arguta were determined by means of fluorometry, flame spectroscopy, TCP and AAS. The results showed that their contents varied with different parts of the plant and different places of growing. Contents of elements essential to human body such as Ca, K, Mg, P, Na, Fe, Sr, Mn, Zn, Cu were rich in every parts, but contents of the toxic elements such as Pb, Cd, Hg, Be were very low. The leaves and the velamina are rich in essential elements and are worth exploitation and utilization.
