肺大细胞癌、小细胞癌间质血管的组织病理学研究

Histopathological study on stromatic vessels in pulmonary large cell and small cell carcinoma

应用组织学、组织化学对36例肺大细胞癌和小细胞癌的间质血管进行了病理学研究。结果表明:肿瘤组织内血管分布极不均衡,在肿瘤的边缘或瘤细胞增殖活跃的部位,血管丰富,密度大。肿瘤中心或邻近坏死区,血管稀少或缺如;肿瘤组织内的血管大部分为新生血管,其管壁仅为一层内皮,无平滑肌和神经末梢,内弹性膜亦不完整,和残存在瘤组织内的宿主血管构成肿瘤的血管系统。

Histopathological study on stromatic vessels of the tumor tissue in 36 cases with large cell or small cell carcinoma was carried out, using histological and histochemical methods. The results showed that density of the vascular distribution in tumor tissue is very dishamornious even though in the same tumor. It is abundant in the periphery or the active proliferating area and is scanty or absent in the central or necrotic area. The vascular system in the tumor tissue is composed of the host vessels remained in the tumor tissue and newly born vessels, the latter has only a single layer of endothelial cells but without smooth muscle cells and nerve endings in their wall.
