摘要
本研究向大鼠腹腔内隔日分别注射四次不同剂量的氯化钐(SmCl_3)或氯化铈(Ce-Cl_3),末次注射后次日取血清用放射免疫法测定生长激素(GH)、甲状腺激素 T_3与 T_4水平。结果显示,SmCl_3在120mg/kg、CeCl_3在40mg/kg均致GH水平显著增高,但前者伴有严重的机体中毒症状,后者则无。各组T_3、T_4水平均无明显变化。
SmCl3 and CeCl3 were given to Wistar rats intraperitoneally every other day for 4 times at the total dose of 60 mg/kg or 120 mg/kg (SmCl3). 20 mg/kg or 40 mg/kg (CeCl3), respectively. On the second day after the last injection, serum growth hormone, thyroid hormone T3and T4 were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results demonstrate that SmCl3 at the dose of 120 mg/kg. and CeCl3 at the dose of 40 mg/kg induced a significant elevation of serum growth hormone. However. SmCl3 but not CeCl3 caused prominent poisoning symptoms even death in half of the animals. Serum T3 and T4 showed no marked change.
