摘要
本文利用同位素释放法及胎盼蓝染色等技术进行实验。结果表明,受腺病毒感染的靶细胞在抗体致敏后,补体及抗体依赖性细胞毒细胞均未能诱发出特异的细胞溶解效应,即无补体素(CDC)及抗体依赖性细胞毒(ADCC),由此证明 在腺病毒感染后它们在组织细胞的损伤中不起作用。提示:细胞免疫在腺病毒感染损伤中起中心作用;被输入的抗体能达到中和病毒、防止感染扩散的作用。
The results of this experiment carried out by using isotope releasing and Trypan blue staining methods showed that, after the target cells infected with adenovirus were sensitized with anti bodies, complement (c) and antibody - dependent cytotoxic cells failed to induce specific cytolysis. proving no complement-depentent cytotoxicity (CDC) and antibody-dependent cytotoxicity (ADCC) in the injury of adenovirus infection.This study has two meanings: first, from contrary aspect revealing that cell immunity plays a central role in infection injury and providing experimental basis for the full explanation of injury mechanisms of adenoviruses: second, owing to no cell injury induced by antibody, if this is the same as in vivo, the antibody treatment will be safe in any case.
