The author studies the word origin of qayirqan/qayiraqan which represents the god safeguarding natural materials and is often seen in the saint remarks of Mongolian Shaman and holds the idea that this word comes from the changed phonetic form of qadirqan, that is qayirqan, the basic stem of these two words is qadir which has the meaning of 'strong and harsh'.
