摘要
本文观察了32例婴幼儿脊髓标本的根动脉,主要结果为:前根动脉每例脊髓平均6支,多位于左侧,平均管径为0.46±0.17(0.1~0.93)mm.后根动脉平均为13支,管径较细,平均为0.31±0.10(0.10~0.81)mm,左右配布侧差不显.颈膨大动脉多与C_(7.8)神经根相伴行,分别为34.38%及31.25%,腰膨大动脉多与T_9~L_1神经根伴行,出现率为70.02%.
The spinal branches of radicular arteries were observed in 32 spinal cords of infants and children. The main results are as follows: In each spinal cord there are about 6 anterior spinal branches of the radicular arteries. The mean diameter of them is 0. 46±0. 17(0. 10~0. 93)mm. The most are situated on the left, especially in the thoracic and lumbar regions. The posterior spinal branches of radicular arteries are smaller. The mean diameter is 0. 31 ±0. 10(0. 10~0. 81) mm. There are about 13 in each spinal cord. The side difference is insignificant. The cervical enlargement arteries mostly accompany C7~8 of anterior roots of spinal nerves. 34. 38% and 31. 25% respectively. Adamkiewicz artery mostly accompany T9~L1 of anterior roots of spinal nerves. The rates of occurrence are 70. 02 %.
