Three parametric design methods of three-dimensional models on the basis of Solid Edge V14 by using second development and parametric technology are proposed. Through concrete examples, strong points,weak ones of every method and the places where it is to be applied are expatiated. what's more, it demonstrates the necessity and importance of parametric design, and introduces the second development methods of Solid Edge in detail.
