摘要
利用ANSYS软件分析了压电陶瓷的组合结构对梁的固有频率的影响,给出了数值计算结果。结果表明:压电陶瓷极化方向对固有频率的影响很小,可以忽略不计;陶瓷片粘贴误差、电极空间相对位置对梁的固有频率有一定的影响;压电陶瓷电极间距离对梁的固有频率有较大的影响。
The influence of the combined modes of piezoelectric ceramics on eigenfrequency of a linear beam is analyzed with the help of ANSYS software,with digital computation value presented. The results expatiate that eigenfrequency influences of polar directions of piezoelectric ceramics can be neglected.Bonding errors and positions between electrodes have a certain effect on eigenfrequency of the linear beam;Influences of distances between electrodes on eigenfrequency of the linear beam are bigger.
