鮀滨-华明阿霉素联合方案治疗恶性肿瘤116例临床观察

REPORTING RESULTS OF TUOBIN-HUAMING ADRIAMYCIN COMBINATION REGIMEN IN 116 MALIGNANT TUMOUR TREATMENT

本文应用鮀滨-华明阿霉素联合方案治疗常见恶性肿瘤116例,总有效率达45.7％.其中对恶性淋巴瘤的疗效最佳,有效率为92.3％,其次为乳腺癌,有效率为50％.其毒性反应主要有消化道反应,骨髓抑制和脱发,大多属Ⅰ～Ⅱ度.这说明鮀滨-华明阿霉素对恶性肿瘤有较好的疗效,毒性反应也较低.

116 cases of malignant tumour were treated with combination chemotherapy program of Tuobin-Huaming Adriamycin and the overall response rate (RR) was 45. 7%. The best result was seen in malignant lymphoma and the reponse rate was 92. 3%. The reponse rate of breast cancer was 50%. The major toxic side effects were gastro-intestinal tract, myelosuppres-sion and trichomadesis. But the great majority was limited to Ⅰ~Ⅱ grade. We have the view that Tuobin-Huaming Adriamycin have a good result in the malignant tumour treatment and the toxic side effects are mild.
