摘要
本文报道我院从1986～1992年8月收治28例椎管内外肿瘤误诊为椎间盘突出症.文中提出减少误诊的四点经验:(1)要仔细询问病史和体格检查;(2)椎管造影是椎间盘突出症术前检查的重要手段;(3)术前常规摄腰椎X线平片;(4)腰椎间盘突出症手术不应强调小切口、小暴露,要根据具体病变决定,并以半椎板切除术较好.
From 1986 to August 1992,twenty eight patients of intraspinal and outspinal tumors were misdiagnosed as prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc on admission to our hospital. In this ar-tical, the causes of the misdiagnosis are discussed and the following differential diagnostic points are provided :(1) Asking history and physical examination should be taken carefully. (2)Myelog-raphy is an important measure before operation. (3)The routine lumbar X-gram should be taken and read carefully. (4)Small incision and exposition should not be emphasized at all. The operation is decided on concrete case, in which half Laminectomy is better.
