摘要
从苦瓜茎叶提取总皂甙并经体外细胞试验表明:总皂甙在浓度为0.005×10-6～500×10-6g/mL时无细胞毒性;在浓度达62.5×10-6g/mL水平时就表现有一定的抗HSV Ⅱ病毒活性.
The effects of the total saponin extract from the shoots of Momordica charantia L. on in vitro cell showed that no cell toxicity was observed at concentrations from 0.005～500(×10-6g/mL),while anti-virus HSV-Ⅱ activity was detected to certain degree at concentrations of 62.5(×10-6g/mL).
