非水解溶胶凝胶法制备钛酸铝 被引量:3

Synthesis of Al2TiO5 by Nonhydrolytic Sol-Gel Process

摘要 The Al2TiO5 was synthesized by nongydrolytic sol-gel process using Ti(OC4H9)4,AlCl3 and Al(OC3H7)3 as starting materials. The IR analysis shows that there is no hydrolyzation during the process. The ICP analysis of the gel shows that the Al/Ti ratio was nearly 2. The XRD pattern of the powder sintered at different temperature shows that crystalline β-Al2TiO5 was formed at 700℃, while the powder was amorphous up to 600℃.
