摘要
针对通用优化算法难于对铝型材高速车车体进行轻量化这一现状,本文在创建了一个可靠的有限元分析模型之后,基于敏度分析技术,给出了一系列关于设计变量的导数信息。这些导数信息与设计专家知识以及成功经验相结合,最终提出了一个新的结构减重方案。该方案不仅可行,降低重量13.5%,而且为基于知识的设计提供了一个成功的案例。
In view that the weight of the high-speed aluminum-profile car body is hard to be lightened with general optimized calculation, a realiable finite element analysis model is established and a series of derivative information about design variations is presented on the basis of the sensitivity analysis technique. Combination of the information, expertise and successful design experience gives rise to a new scheme of structural weight lightening. The scheme is not only a feasible design by reducing 13.5% of the weight but also a successful case for KBD.
