摘要
在分析影响牵引变压器寿命因素的基础上,从热、电、机械、化学等几方面分析了牵引变压器绝缘老化的机理和寿命终结的判据,着重研究了牵引变压器在过负荷条件下绝缘材料的温度对变压器寿命的影响,通过寿命估算和试验研究,初步确定了线圈最热点温度限值,从材料、设计、工艺几方面介绍了延长牵引变压器寿命的措施。
Based on the factors affecting the life of a traction transformer life, the principle of insulation aging of a traction transformer in respect of heat, electricity, mechanism and chemistry, as well as the criterion of end of life are analyzed. The effect of the insulation material temperature on the life of an overloaded traction transformer is studied mainly. The limited winding hottest-spot temperature is determined via life estimate and test research. life prolonging measures in the fields of materials、design and technics are introduced.
