摘要
JCBC固定薪酬对于引进、激励和稳定其人才等方面发挥着重要的作用。建立了固定薪酬支付模型 ,即银行不用按期支付高于市场平均水平的报酬 ,通过使每一个时点上的员工对于未来工资总额的预期高于竞争对手来发挥固定薪酬的作用 ,并对模型在JCBC中运用时的效果和应当注意的问题进行理论评价和分析。
JCBC fixed salary payment plays an important part in employ,incite and stablize talets.TO build its model means banks need not make regular payment hipher than market level;however,it brings payment into full play by making employees have higher salary anticipation than that of rivals The paper analyzes and evaluates the effects and conditions as this model is implenented in JCBC.
