The competition in bond market has turned financial sectors into buyer's market from seller's market,which caused the decrease of commission and intensified the competition.with the introduction of CRM thought and system into bond industry,chinese bond industry's core competitence can be largely promoted through maximizing customer value,expanding market share by individualistic and diversified service,increase customer loyalty,and investing limited capital and resources into customers creating the largest value.
