补髓生血颗粒剂对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓造血祖细胞c-kit、CXCR_4受体表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨补髓生血颗粒剂对慢性再生障碍性贫血 (CAA)患者骨髓造血祖细胞c -kit、CXCR4受体表达水平的影响。方法 :采用免疫荧光法及流式细胞技术分别对使用该颗粒剂治疗前后的CAA患者骨髓造血祖细胞c-kit、CXCR4 受体表达水平进行检测 ,并与再障生血片对照组及正常组作比较研究。结果 :补髓生血颗粒剂组临床疗效与再障生血片组疗效存在显著差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组疗前c -kit受体表达高于正常组 ,治疗后均表达下调 ;补髓生血颗粒剂组治疗后CXCR4 受体表达与再障生血片组存显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :慢性再障骨髓造血衰竭并非c -kit受体低表达所致 ;补髓生血颗粒剂在临床疗效与CXCR4 受体表达上调作用上优于再障生血片组 。 To discuss the influence of blood-engendering granule to bone hematopoietic progenitor cell c-kit and CXCR 4 receptor in chornic aplastic anemia(CAA)patients.Method:Immumoflouorescence method and flow cytometer are applied to measure the pretreatment and post-treatment levels of bone hematopoietic progenitor cell c-kit and CXCR 4 receptor in CAA patients treated with blood-engendering granule,and we compare the levels with those in the controlled group treated with CAA blood-engendering tablet.Result:There is significant difference in clinical effect between blood-engendering granule group and the control group(P<0.05).The c-kit receptor expression in both of the two groups are higher than theornormal group Pretreatment and decrease post-treatment,but CXCR 4 receptor expression in blood-engendering granule guoup is notably different from that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CAA bone hematopoietic function failure is not due to the low expression of c-kit;blood-engendering granule is superior to CAA blood-engendering tablet in clinical effect and CXCR 4 receptor expression,and this implies blood-engendering granule stimulate hematopoiesis by increasing bone hematopoietic progenitor cell multiplication,differentiation and adhesion fuction.
