肾虚型糖尿病肾病患者尿白蛋白排泄变化规律的研究

The Rule of Changes of Urinary Albumin Excretion in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy of Kidney Deficiency

目的 :探讨肾虚型糖尿病肾病患者 2 4h尿白蛋白排泄 ( 2 4hUAE)变化规律。方法 :对糖尿病肾病患者 87例进行了中医辨证 ;利用放免法测定糖尿病肾病患者 2 4hUAE。结果 :发现糖尿病肾病患者以肾虚为主 ,其中非肾虚组 2 3例、肾气虚组 2 6例、肾阴虚组 2 0例、肾阳虚组 18例 ;非肾虚组糖尿病肾病患者 2 4hUAE最低 ,其他肾气虚组、肾阳虚组、肾阴虚组则依次增加。结论 :2 4hUAE与糖尿病肾病患者肾虚证的发生发展密切相关 ,这提示 2 4hUAE可为糖尿病肾病中医诊治提供客观依据。

Objective:To study the rule of changes of 24hours urinary albumin excretion (24h UAE)in the patients with kidney deficiency of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Eighty seven patients uith diabetic nephropathy were classified by syndrome differentiation of TCM.The 24h UAE of the patients were determined by radioactive immunoassay.Results:In the patients with diabetic nephropathy there were four types:23 non-kidney deficiency,26 kidney Qi-deficiency,20 kidney Yin-deficiency and 18 kidney Yang-deficiency according to syndrome differentiation of TCM.There was the increase in 24h UAE of the patients with non-Kidney deficiency,Kidney Qi-deficiency,Kidney Yin-deficiency and Kidney Yang-deficiency in turn.Conclusion:It suggested that 24h UAE had close relation with kidney deficiency of diabetic nephropathy,which could provide the objective evidence for its diagnosis and treatments of TCM.
