摘要
目的 :对于氏萎胃宁浓缩丸中芍药苷进行含量测定。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定于氏萎胃宁浓缩丸中芍药苷的含量。结果 :于氏萎胃宁浓缩丸中芍药苷的含量 0 .44mg/丸。结论 :该方法简单 ,快速 ,准确。
Objective: To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Yushiweiweining pill. Methods:Using HPLC to determine the paeoniflorin content. Results: The experiment has showed that the content of paeoniflorin should be no less 0.44mg in single pill.Conclusion: This method is simple, quick and precise.
