总结了古代中医文献对功能消化不良相关病证的认识 ,认为外感或误治内传、饮食劳倦、七情内伤等是本病的主要病因 ;各种病因犯及脾胃 ,或寒热错杂 ,或虚实变化 ,气机升降失调 ,是本病的病机关键。在辨证治疗方面 ,《内经》肇其端 ,多体现出二大规律 ,即因外感误治内传者 ,法宗仲景 ;属杂病导致者 ,据证辨治。各种认识于明清已趋完善 ,其中叶天士的“肝胃不和”、“肝胃同治”及“泄肝和胃”

After generallyanalyzing on the ancient literature of the treatment of functional dyspepsia related diseases, its differentiation rules were concluded. The results showed that the exogenous pathogens and false treatment, improper diet, excessive emotions and maladjustment of work and rest were its main etiologies, miscellaneous heat and cold, deficiency and excess of the Spleenand Stomachand the disarrangement of movement of Qi were its main pathogenesis. The treatment began in Neijin and manifested two points.One is that it should be treated according to methods from Zhang Zhongjing when caused by exogenous pathogens, and the other is to the differentiation on the syndrome when caused by other pathogens. To Ming and Qin dynasty, the differentiation rules approached to be formed. Among them the idea of discordance of the Liver and Stomach, the synchronous treatment andregulating the function of the Liverand Stomach, which put forward by Ye Tiansi was more significant and effective.
