基于现代时空理念的区域协调发展质量探讨——以西安市为例

Study on quality of interregional coordinated development based on modern view of space-time --for example Xi'an city

提出现代时空理念指导下区域协调发展质量的概念,即从时空两个层面,对区域经济、社会和生态这一复杂系统的协调发展的综合评价结果,建立其概念模型.主要从时间维上对西安协调发展质量进行系统评价,并结合评价结果给出了五项政策性建议.

The concept of the quality of interregional coordinated development based on the modern view of space-time is put forward, namely the result of systematically assessment of the coordinated development relation to the complex system of interregional economy ,society and zoology based on the modern view of space-time,and the model is established. From the view of time, the quality of coordinated development of Xi'an city is systematically assessed and some suggestions are offered.
