摘要
本研究用琼脂糖凝胶电泳快速检测轮状病毒(RTV)RNA,并与聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳进行了比较。对115例婴幼儿腹泻的粪便检测结果表明,腹泻粪便中的轮状病毒RNA经浓缩后琼脂糖凝胶电泳的阳性率与聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的阳性率无明显差异,并且证明了用琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测RTV的RNA比聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳速度快、简单和经济,特别适用于临床上用于诊断RTV的感染,且可以在电泳过程中随时观察RTV的RNA的泳动情况和型别。
In this paper, rota virus (RTV) RNA of 115 fecal samples were examined with poly-acrylamide (PAGE) and agarose eJectrophoresis. The results showed that there was no difference in the positive rates of RTV RNA between electrophoresis with PAGE and agarose after the samples were concentrated. The agarose electrophoresis when used for rapid diagnosis of RTV dirrhoea was more rapid, simple, and economical than PAGE, especially suitable for clinic rapid diagnosis. In spite of the number of samples, the electrophoretic migration and the pattern of migration can be observed at any time during the process of electrophoresis. The whole examination is completed within about 2 or 3 hours.
