摘要
采用汞塞动态法涂柱 ,以十二烷基苯磺酸钙作为固定相制备毛细管柱 ,所用溶剂为丙酮 ,并对柱性能进行考察。实验表明 ,这种色谱固定相对有机羧酸有独特的分离能力 ,可不经衍生直接进样分析 ,出峰快 ,时间短 。
The fused slica capillary columu using caicium dodecyl benzene sulphonate as stationary phase was prepared by method of dynamic Coating with mercury plug,and acetone is used as solvent.The experiment shows that this type of column has good column characteristics.It has good capability in separating organic acid.The quantitative analysis of carboxylic acids Was investigated.
