全子宫切除患者住院期间性心理调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis of Sexual Psychology among the Patients Experiencing Panhysterectomy in the Hospital

目的 了解全子宫切除患者住院期间性心理问题 ,以制订有效的健康教育计划。方法 采用问卷调查法对 5 0名行全子宫切除术患者进行术前调查 ,并进行宣教 ,术后 3～ 5日发放相同的问卷再次进行调查。结果 不同的年龄、不同的文化程度的患者所反映的性心理问题各有差异。术前的护理干预对性知识缺乏的改善最有效 ,P <0 .0 5 ,其他的性心理问题术后较术前更明显 ,P <0 .0 5 ;对医护人员的需求更高P <0 .0 5。结论 对于全子宫切除患者术前应着重加强性知识的教育 ,术后还应继续加强性心理指导 ,同时不应忽视配偶的健康宣教。另外 ,年轻、文化程度较高的患者应是性心理指导的重点。

Objective The purpose of the study was to describe the sexuality psychological problems among the patients experiencing Panhysterectomy in the hospital, and to provide the basic information for the further health education plan. Methods The questionnaire of Sexual Psychology Survey was used and 50 patients experiencing Panhysterectomy were selected in the study. The patients completed the questionnaire before and after operation, respectively, and were instructed by the researcher. Results It showed that the sexual psychological problems before operations are more obvious than those after the operations (P<0.05). The sexual psychological status was different in the different age or educational level groups. The patients need more help from the doctors and nurses (P<0.05). It’s necessary to give them the effective instruction (P<0.05). Conclusions It suggested that providing sexual knowledge before operation and continuing the direction on the sexual psychology after operation should be focused. Their partners should be included. The young patients or the patients with high education level need more instruction.
