摘要
本文应用氟电极法研究了氟乙酰胺中毒死亡尸体中氟的分布,结果表明,中毒尸体含氟量一般为非中毒死亡尸体含氟量的2倍以上,而骨灰中含氟量较正常高了3倍以上。肝、肾、脑中氟分布较均匀,尿液是临床和法医学检验的最好材料。
After a person dies from fluoroacetamide poisoning, fluoroacetamide decomposes rapidly. In order to determine the quantity of fluoroacetamide causing death, we must first study the distribution of fluorine in the body in fluoroacetamide poisioning. Fluorine electrode method for studying this in fluoroacetamide poisoning is described here. The results indicate that fluorine content in the cadaver is more than 2 times higher than that in the body died from other reasons, while the fluorine content in the ashes of the poisoned dead is more than 3 times higher than that in the normal body. Distribution of fluorine in the liver, kidney and brain is even. Urine is the best sample for clinical and forensic examinations.
