去睾丸大鼠头部照射后脾细胞免疫功能及β-肾上腺素能受体变化

摘要 大鼠去睾丸11天后,脾细胞免疫功能及其β-肾上腺素能受体含量未发生明显变化。此种大鼠经10GyX射线头部照射后48h,脾细胞对PWM(美洲商陆)刺激反应明显增强,IL-2活性有轻度增高趋势,而脾重、脾指数、脾有核细胞数及β-肾上腺素能受体含量明显减少。这些结果提示,大剂量电离辐射作用头部后,神经内分泌调节功能发生改变,使脾细胞免疫功能及其β-肾上腺素能受体也发生异常改变。 The present study reported that immune function and β-adrenergic receptors of splenocytes 11 days following testectomy in rats didn't change obviously. The response of spleno-cytes to PWM increased markedly, and the IL-2 activity also tended to increase, while spleen weight, spleen index, spleen nucleated cell count and spleen β-adrenergic receptors content de-creased obviously 48 h after head irradiation with 10 Gy X-rays in the testectomized rats. These results suggest that the changes in neuroendocrine regulative function after head irradiation with large doses of X-rays lead to abnormal changes in the immune function and β-adrenergic receptors of splenocytes.
