摘要
分析了知识管理与医院创新的关系 ,重点介绍了知识管理在医院管理中的意义、作用 ,阐明了知识管理的核心是创新 ,只有创新 ,知识管理才有发展 ,才能提升医院核心竞争力。同时介绍了知识创新、服务创新、科技创新。
Based on the explanation of the relationship between knowledge management and hospital creativity, this paper expounds the knowledge management significance and functions in the hospital administration and set forth that the core of knowledge management is creativity. The creativity can promote development of knowledge management and enhance the hospital competitive ability. Meanwhile, the paper discusses some concepts such as knowledge creativity, service creativity, science and technology creativity, management creativity as well as creativity for management thoughts.
