摘要
目的 探讨急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭与心肌缺血预适应的关系。方法 对 60例急性心肌梗死泵功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级病人进行分析。其中男 3 7例 ,女 2 3例。根据梗死前有无心肌缺血、心绞痛分为A、B两组。结果 泵功能Ⅲ级A组发生率低于B组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,泵功能Ⅱ、Ⅳ级及病死率两组无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 心肌缺血预适应有保护心肌减轻心功能不全的一方面 ,又可能出现再灌注损伤 ,主要取决于缺血预适应的有效时限。
Objective To ascertain the relationship between acute myocardial infarction combined pump exhaustion and myocardial ischemic preconditioning(MIP).Methods 60 acute myocardial infarction pump function Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ patients(37 male,23 female)were divided into group A and B based on myocardial ischemia and angina pectoris before myocardial infarction attack.Results Incidence of pump function in group A is lower than B,difference between them is significant(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in Ⅱ,Ⅳ and fatality rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Preconditioning can protect cardiac muscles and lighten heart dysfunction.reinfusion injury may be showed.All of them were mainly decided by effective time limit of preconditioning.
