摘要
对13 5,12 2甲,12 2,16 1 4个色稻品系的品质性状分析表明:13 5,12 2甲表现较差,12 2,16 1表现较好.特别是12 2含有丰富的营养成分,如赖氨酸等17种氨基酸、维生素A,B,C,E和微量元素Fe,Zn,可开发为具食疗和药疗功效的保健食品.
The study on the quality of four strains which are 13-5, 12-2-I, 12-2 and 16-1 shows that the qualities of 12-2 and 16-1 are better than those of 13-5 and 12-2-I. There are rich nutrition compositions in the strain 12-2, including seventeen amino acids, especially lysine, V_A, V_B, V_C, V_E, and Fe, Zn. The strain 12-2 can be developed into new health food that has effects of both nutrition and medicine.
