An Inspiration of the Revision of The Regulations for Higher Learning Institution Libraries to Library Legislation

通过对新修订的高校图书馆规程的分析研究 ,指出新规程较旧规程有 7个方面的改进。新规程的体例结构、与其他法的协调性、全球化趋势的反映、相关法律责任的欠缺等 4个方面 ,均可对其他各类型图书馆法的制定和修订提供有价值的借鉴与参考。

An analytical invistagation reveals that, compared with its predecessor, the revised Regulations for Higher Learning Institution Libraries have improved in seven ways. The revised regulations, in view of its well-designed layout, harmoniosity with other statutes, adaptability to the worldwide tendency of globalization and supplementation for the lack of relevant legal responsibity, may serve well as reference to the introduction or revision of other library statutes.
