师德内容与时代创新观念相脱节的思考

On teacher's morality is divorced from times innovation thoughts

教育的改革与发展,师德内容必然发生相应的变化。但是,目前一些教师没有意识到这一点,师德内容不适应时代发展的要求,与教育的改革和发展相比相对滞后。而师德内容能否与时俱进,适应时代发展的要求,直接影响到教育教学的效果。所以,必须从战略的高度,及时调整和充实师德建设的内容,尽快跟上教育改革和发展的步伐,才能走出与创新观念相脱节的困境。

Teachers morality must be changed with education's reformation and development. However, some of our teachers haven't noticed it. It will impact teaching's efficiency stiaightly whether teachers'morality is progressing with the .times. So we must adjust and enrich teacher's morality timly and strategically in order to keep up with education reformation and development, and it may keep away from divoring from innovation thoughts.
