摘要
通过对沥青路面铣刨机铣削机理的分析,建立了铣刨机铣削作业的动力学模型,进而利用能量守恒原理,对铣刨作业的铣削功率和铣削阻力进行了研究,推导出了铣刨机铣削功率和铣削阻力的计算应用公式,并通过实机现场铣刨作业试验进行了验证。结果表明,实机试验与计算结果相吻合。
By analyzing the milling work of asphalt road plane milling machine, a dynamic model of milling work for asphalt road plane milling machine was set up, and the milling power capacity and milling resistance force was researched by using the principle of energy conservation, as a result, a formulary of calculating milling power capacity and milling resistance force was deduced. All the conclusions of research are validated in practical experiment.
